Overall, I would say this is a very good result and could serve many people very well! Add in my own furniture and belongings and it would be very homey. If knotty pine was the only wood available, I would probably paint at least a few walls to give the eyes a place to rest from all that knotty activity. I have never been a fan though I know people who would cringe at my complaint! To each their own. Maybe a bit too much wood but I could live with it if it was clear wood instead of knotty pine. The log cabin exterior is fun and I like it but I do have a problem with the interior. ![]() I’m not gobsmacked but with a few changes, I could fall in love with it. The kitchen isn’t as big as I would like but it is more usable than many I have seen…it has a decent amount of counter space and the cabinets would hold what you need in a downsized home. The floor plan is a good one and I can imagine myself living in this.
